Cécile Bergart was the founder and Managing Director of Champagne par Excellence before the acquisition of her company by Revelstoke in February 2011. She comes from the Champagne Region of France, and as such, has first-hand knowledge of the very best wines produced by small, independent growers with a passion for vine-growing as well as wine-making processes. She also offers personalised highly entertaining Champagne and Wine Tastings with tutorials, for private and corporate events alike.
