So you've chosen your wine and now you want to know how and when it will be delivered to your door.
All Revelstoke wine orders are usually delivered within four working days from Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:30pm.
However as we like our deliveries to be as flexible as possible, you can have your wine delivered on a Saturday or at a specific time for a small additional charge.
If you would like your wine delivered on a Saturday or at a particular time of day, we are happy to schedule this for a small, supplementary charge. Please contact us for further details.
There is no minimum order size and we deliver to anywhere in mainland Great Britain.
Delivery charges per bottle:
- 12 bottles or over - FREE
- 4-11 bottles - £8.95
- 1-3 bottles - £5.95

what if I'm out when my wine is delivered?
Our courier is able to do one of three things in this instance: leave a delivery card stating when they attempted delivery, leave the package in a previously arranged safe place, or leave it with a neighbour.
We like to be as flexible as possible and should you want to arrange a safe delivery place for your wine, you can do so by writing the delivery instructions in the textbox when finalising your order at the online checkout.
Full details of how to claim your wine are detailed on the delivery cards and you should claim it within two days of it being first delivered.
If the wine is to returned to us there is a re-delivery charge to you of £8.95 per dozen bottles
what if my wine is damaged when I receive it?
We want you to experience our wines in their best possible condition. Unfortunately, breakages during transit although extremely rare, can happen.
If there is any damage to your wine order we do offer a full refund policy but would ask that if your wine is damaged in any way when you receive it, please call Rob immediately on 02085450077.
We also ask if you would check for any damage on delivery as we cannot be held liable for any breakages or damage once you have signed for your wine delivery and accepted it.
what if I don't enjoy the wine?
We want all our customers to love our wine but if for any reason you are unsatisfied we wouldd love to hear from you and are happy to discuss replacing the wine or offering a refund.
