Matthew has over twenty years experience as a chef, having worked both for the London Hilton and numerous corporate institutions.

Both he and Revelstoke Wines MD Richard Household share the same passion for great food and drink and in Revelstoke At Home, they have created a catering service where you can help create a bespoke menu for your event.

Whether you're planning a birthday or anniversary celebration, or just simply looking for an excuse to entertain your family and friends, you can choose from an extensive range of private dining: from tutored wine tastings; canapés and bowl food events to dinner parties and bbqs.

You can also theme your event and give it a unique element.

For example, this summer we centred our bbqs around the World Cup, matching food and drink to the cuisine of particular nations playing in various World Cup matches. This proved to be extremely popular and we look forward to catering more sporting themed events in the near future.
